 Antenatal breastfeeding classes Minimize

Best start to breastfeeding antenatal class
Skin to skin contact and breastfeeding promote bonding with your baby and protect your baby from illness. If you prepare for breastfeeding before birth you are more likely to have a relaxing and positive breastfeeding experience. 
 
Antenatal breastfeeding classes
We invite you to attend a two hour breastfeeding class to help you learn some basic skills and tips including:
  • Positioning and latching techniques with dolls
  • Self-help information
  • Meeting other pregnant mums.
 
Waitakere
When:             First Tuesday of the month, 10am-12.00pm, or third Tuesday of the month, 7pm-9pm
Where:            Nikau Room, Childbirth Education, Waitakere Hospital
