We endeavour to resolve your concerns in the first instance. Where an investigation is needed, we aim to complete it within 14 calendar days. Should a delay occur you will be kept informed.

Appeal Process
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you may write to Dave Davies - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Waitemata District Health Board who will request a formal review of the complaints process and the information gathered. Dave Davies - CEO will then advise you of the outcome of the appeal.
