The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is a group of senior managers, clinicans and primary care representatives whose focus is on enacting the strategic direction, plans and priorities of the organisation on behalf of the Board. This leadership group meets twice each month. The ELT is supported by three operational sub-committees that provide advice and recommendations to the ELT. The sub-committees are: Clinical, Human Resources (including workforce development and employee relations) and Business.
